SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Welcome to Dreambalm. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible. Below is our detailed shipping policy, which applies to all orders placed on dreambalm.com.

  1. Shipping Destinations
  • We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Hawaii and Alaska.
  • Please Note: Currently, we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories.
  • International shipping is not available at this time.
  1. Order Cut-off Time & Handling Time
  • Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (EST) – Eastern Standard Time (Monday – Friday).
  • Handling Time: 1 – 3 business days (Monday – Friday).
    • Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST will begin processing on the same day.
    • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, or during weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.
  1. Transit Time & Shipping Fees

We charge a flat-rate shipping fee for all domestic orders to ensure transparency.

  1. Shipping Partners

The carrier is automatically selected by our system based on the package weight and your delivery location to ensure the most efficient service.

  1. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email. This email will include:

  • Your unique tracking number.
  • A direct link to the carrier’s tracking portal.

Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking status to update on the carrier’s website.

  1. Change of Shipping Address

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at support@dreambalm.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been processed or handed over to the carrier, we are unable to redirect the shipment.

  1. Delivery Issues
  • Missing or Lost Packages: If your tracking says “Delivered” but you cannot find your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office. If it remains missing after 3 days, contact our support team.
  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately with photos of the damaged product and packaging so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
  1. Holiday Shipping

Please be advised that during peak holiday seasons (November – December), carriers may experience delays. We recommend placing your orders early to ensure timely delivery.
